POST /v1/quotes/:id/submit_for_authorization

If a quote has been returned with the status require_authorization, it will need to be submitted before the underwriter is notified that the quote needs to be reviewed.

While the quote has the authorization_submitted attribute set to false, further changes may be made to the quote. Once the quote has been submitted for authorisation, no further changes can be made. When the endpoint has been called for the quote, the authorization_submitted attribute will be set to true, and no further changes can be made, and the underwriter will receive the notification that the quote must be reviewd. Once the quote has authorized by the underwriter, the quote can then be bound.
